Velocity is a second year (FIRST Tech Challenge) located in Waukee, IA. Our team consists of passionate high schoolers who are interested in innovation, building, and programming robots. Led by our leaders and Coaches, we are looking forward to this year's competitive season!

Hey! my name is Amulya Kodavatiganti, and I’m currently a junior at Waukee High Schoo! A few of my hobbies consist of drawing, spending quality time with my family, and going to the mall with my friends. This is my second year of FTC.
Lakshmi Kommineni Sophomore at Waukee Northwest Highschool
Hey, my name is Lakshmi Kommineni, and I am a sophomore at Waukee Northwest HS. Some of my hobbies are spending time with friends and family. This is my second year doing FIRST Tech Challenge and I can't wait to work with everyone on this team! I look forward to the opportunities this year brings for us!

Hi! My name is Hinaa Kausar and I am a junior at Waukee High School. My hobbies mainly consist of drawing, reading, playing volleyball, and spending time with my friends but I am always trying new things. This is my second year doing FTC.

Hi! My name is Loukya Kalavala, and I’m a junior at Waukee High School. I love to volunteer, shop, bake, and spend time with my friends and family. This is my second year doing FTC, so I’m super excited to see what the season will bring! I especially look forward to learning more about FTC and working with everyone on my team! Hi! My name is Kate Politzer and I’m a junior at Waukee High School. I enjoy running, baking, spending time with friends, and crocheting! This is my second year participating in robotics, and I’m excited to continue learning about First Tech Challenge. I can’t wait to see what this season has in store for our team!

Hi! My name is Dharitri Patil and I'm a junior at Waukee High School. Some of my hobbies are baking and spending time with my friends. I have done 3 years of FIRST Lego League, and this is my third year of the FIRST Tech Challenge. We are a second year team and I'm looking forward to learning new things together and problem-solve as a team!
Avika Rastogi Junior at DCG
Hi! I am Avika Rastogi and I'm a junior at DCG Highschool! I did FLL for one year and went to worlds for that season! In addition, I have been doing FTC for 4 years and went to worlds last year! Outside of FTC, I am on the Governors STEM Council, Iowa FIRST Student Leadership Board, and I love to bake and shop! My favorite part of FTC is how accessible and inclusive it is!
